How do I order a replacement part for my Schwinn equipment?

  • Updated

If a part on your Schwinn bike, elliptical, or treadmill is broken, worn, or missing, here's how to find and order the correct replacement.

  1. Find your machine's model number and serial number. These are usually on a sticker on the frame, near the base of the machine, or underneath the console housing.
  2. Identify the part you need to replace, for example, a belt, incline motor, pedal, seat, roller, console screen, or power cord.
  3. Go to parts.schwinnfitness.com and search using your model number.
  4. Some models have several revisions over the years with slightly different parts. If the site shows more than one listing for your model, check your sticker for the full model code (including any extra numbers or letters) to find the exact match, or compare against the exploded parts diagram on the product page.
  5. If you don't see your part, or the diagram doesn't clearly show what you need, two other authorized suppliers, fitnessrepairparts.com and sportsmith.com, also carry Schwinn parts and may have what you're looking for.
  6. If you think your machine may still be under warranty, contact us to confirm coverage before ordering, don't purchase the part yourself first. Coverage periods can differ by part type (for example, frame, electronics, and other parts are often covered for different lengths of time), so it's worth confirming before assuming one warranty period covers everything. Have your proof of purchase or order number ready.
  7. If your machine is out of warranty, you're responsible for purchasing and installing the part yourself. If you'd prefer professional installation, ask about authorized third-party installation services.

Note: orders must be placed directly through the parts website, customer support can't place an order on your behalf.
